General Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all items — TRings, Charms, Diamond Casts, and assembled rings (TRing + Charm / TRing + Diamond Cast) — provided that:
- The item is unworn and unused
- It is in its original packaging with all tags
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

Perfect Fit Guarantee — Free Size Exchange
We understand that buying a ring online — especially as a surprise — makes sizing a challenge. That's why we offer:
Perfect Fit Guarantee
One free size exchange on any TRing within 60 days of purchase.
- Applies to TRing base only (not Charms or Diamond Casts)
- The ring must be in unworn or minimally worn condition
- Valid once per order
- Customer covers return shipping to our warehouse
- We cover shipping of the new size to you
To request a size exchange, contact us at support@mirai-jewelry.com with your order number and the new size needed.

The Proposal Experience — She Chooses
Buying as a proposal surprise? Here's how we make it perfect for both of you.

You purchase a Diamond Cast and a TRing for the proposal moment

After she says yes, she receives a personal store credit equal to the value of the TRing

She visits mirai.jewelry and selects her preferred TRing design and correct ring size. If the new TRing is more expensive, the difference is charged at checkout. If less expensive, the difference is issued as store credit

We ship her choice directly — she gets the ring she truly loves
- Must be activated within 60 days of the original purchase
- The Diamond Cast chosen for the proposal is a final sale once used
To activate, contact us after the proposal at concierge@mirai-jewelry.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items
- Diamond Casts used in a marriage proposal
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items not in original condition or showing signs of wear

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mirai-jewelry.com with photos of the issue.
We will offer a full replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

Return Policy by Country
Regardless of the delivery country, all MIRAI Jewelry customers benefit from our standard 30-day return policy as described in Section 1.
Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom are additionally protected by the statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
